Mission / Vision

Swimming as a sport is highly disciplined & teaches young people from an early age to work as part of team, to respect rules, encourages positivity as they motivate one to another to achieve. 

Swimming enables young people to have ambition & dreams & plays a vital part in their personal development & growth as an individual. The young people can train up to a minimum of 2 hrs per week, which plays a vital part in maintaining good health & encourages them to lead a healthy & fit lifestyle. This keeps within the Government recommendation of 120 minutes PE/ exercise for young people.
