The effort our swimmers put in every time they swim makes all the hard work from the coaching staff soooooooooo worthwhile.
You make us so proud with the way you conduct yourselves and the comments we get from other team coaches about the great team spirit we have.

Once again everyone at the Mini Meet last night gave everything they had. PB's were acheived all over the place and we even had a record broken by Harry Rider in the 10 yr boys 200m Freestyle in 2.29.71. It was a fantastic swim by anyone's standard and I do hope Craig and Alison kept their promise of a trip to B&Q for that chimenea. That was obviously the problem at the Olympics in London there just wasn't enough garden furniture on offer ;)

Our prep swimmers have come so far in such a short time and continue to improve. They all swam their hearts out but a special mention has to go to Johnny Connelly for knocking 10 seconds of his 100 IM time.

Another special mention has to go to Katie Boardman who swam a fantastic 200m IM and knocked 25 seconds off her entry time. Katie you are getting stronger all the time and Anthony you are getting poorer (haha)

A massive WELL DONE to everyone who swam last night you are all swimming stars to us :)
